What is Vomiting?
Vomiting in simple words when we eat high fibre items and our digestion unable to digest the same then we start doing vomiting and our stomach clean the same food so in this case if you feel vomiting then you should do vomiting and eat low fibre food for 2 days.
When we should go to doctor?
when ever we continually do vomiting and it didn't stop then we should go to doctror.
What we should eat when we feel vomiting?
We should avoid eating oily and greesy food and you can take daliya and milk and light dal with rice avoid taking ghee rice and ghee and oily items.
You can eat hot milk, water simple roti with without ghee or tadka daal.
you can eat fruits like apple banana and others. fruits are always beneficial.
